Women in general always hesitate when they have to express themselves, express thoughts, and hold their the principles. This is due to influences of patriarchy culture, resignation and submission. Nothing you’ve done looks good enough. There is constant criticism if women put optimal efforts, or involve in arguments. Many women are raised to never talk back and it is recommended not say anything if there are no nice things to be said. This causes women always play it safe. And if anyone wants expressed, they will think again and again whether it is worth saying and will be heard by others.

A lot of people talk just for the sake of talking or because they want attention. However, there also talking what you believe and speak truth to them, though it may not mean that others will agree with you. Some doubts will hit but you have to learn to maintain and keep your own thoughts, do not spend too much time worrying about what other people think. The only person you need to grow confidence is yourself. Moreover, if you know who you are, courage and truth by itself will be more important than anything else.
